Yves Saint Laurent x Citizen Tank | unique, square, clean

I really enjoy finding these collab watches from the 90s.  This example is a piece that Citizen produced for YSL.  There are a few unique things about this watch that make it interesting.

The first is that the case is neither gold nor silver - it's something in between.  It almost reminds me of the tungsten Dolce cases, and it would work equally well with cool or warm toned skin.  Surrounding the dial is a deep, brown red leather that can come off almost black depending on how the sun hits it.  

The dial here is also a deep brown, and features crosshairs at the cardinal indices (3, 6, 9, 12).  The chunky handset is the same silvery gold with a stripe of white down the middle.  This watch seems small, but the relatively wide lugs make it feel larger on the wrist.  

The watch is in great condition overall, with some minor rubs and swirls, but no scratches or dings.  It's running well on a new battery.
