Seiko Dolce | April 1988, patina, clean

These gold-plated Dolce cases are something special.  After years of wear, they start to develop a unique patina that slowly adds color to the case.  

In this example, we're starting to get reds, blues, and oranges on the edges of the case.  What I like about this specific patina formation is that it isn't overwhelming - it's there but really only flashes to the surface in specific lighting.  Check out the video to see what I mean.  

The dial is gold, and has a linen texture with applied gold indices.  It's in perfect condition.  A gold crown with onyx cabochon continues the vibe.

All in all, a really cool piece that's going to continue growing with the wearer over time.  

Comes riding a simple black leather strap, and running well.
