The last time I crossed paths with one of these Rado models was about 6 months ago - they're the least common of the "Polo" Rados as far as I can tell. Regardless, I was happy to find this one for the shop.
This watch is made of yellow and white gold plated stainless steel. The case is fully barked (outside of the caseback) and the bracelet is barked on top. The back of the bracelet is smooth.
The entire case, bracelet, and dial feature horizontal banding in gold - very Piaget-esque.
The case is 28mm wide, 31mm lug to lug, and ~5mm thick. 19mm shrouded lugs secure the bracelet. Check the video to see how it fits on my 6.5” wrist. It fits large on me and I suspect it would fit up to a 7” wrist.
The silver dial almost has a meteorite texture to it - every area has a slightly different angle and sheen, making it look incredibly deep. The gold indices are applied and faceted. The blue stone that’s inset into the gold crown is unblemished.
The case of this watch is in really great condition, with nearly no finish loss. The bracelet does have a few spots that I've shown clearly in the videos - take a look! The dial looks fantastic and there are no issues that I can see. The original caseback sticker is still intact.
The watch runs on a quartz movement that’s keeping time accurately.
